Delivery was prompt and on time. I couldn't get the online tracking to work. I'm sure it did, I just didn't understand the instructions provided. Maybe some clearer instructions would be good.

The only gripe, the site says you can type a message - but when you get the screen, the maximum character count is tiny. It's virtually impossible to write a meaningful message. Allowing a slightly bigger message would be really nice, especially when you are sending a gift.

It's an easy way to send a great gift, especially if you are based overseas. I will use it again and would recommend the site to other people.
