I needed to buy this as a present for someone and i needed to make sure i'll get the product in time for a party. i have emailed the Caspian Caviar ltd to ask them in advance if i will definately receive it on time. they have emailed me back saying that i can get the product whichever day i need it,so,reassured, i went ahead and ordered it. this was on the 24th of May. i needed to receive the product on the 31st.

today, which is the 31st i received a call from them saying ''we're pleased to inform you that your order is despatched.'' that was that. after about an hour i checked my email to find that they've emailed me saying i will get my order tomorrow!! i have called them up again to ask what's going on and why will i only get it tomorrow when the date i requested it for (and paid £10 for the right delivery) is today! the girl on the phone didn't seem too bothered about my enquiry and all she said was that there's nothing they can do now. i said at least they could've done was tell me when they phoned me in the morning, or they could've informed me earlier in the week. i dont see why they tell you that you can order your goods for whichever date you need but then dont even bother telling you that your delivery will be late!!

i am VERY disppointed in their service,especially when it's so expensive. and they're customer service needs to be improved drastically!
