We bought a selection of charcuterie from cannonandcannon.com a few weeks ago. It's all British meat, which is rare and we were excited to see what turned up. Unfortunately, nothing turned up when it should have done, so I fired off an e-mail and received one back almost immediately (evening time) promising to look into in morning. After speaking again in the morning, we decided to wait a few days to see if Royal Mail eventually delivered. Alas, nothing arrived but the team at Cannonandcannon sent a replacement order, with no hassle.

The meat was amazing. I'll definitely be ordering again! Worth the cash.

As a side note, cannonandcannon sent an extra small order a few later to apologise for the late delivery of the initial order. I didn't ask for it. This is what every other on-line retailer should take not of...it's called amazing customer service.
