Absolutely fantastic service. The prices are good and delivery was quick. Everything was very well packaged, to the extent that there was extra packing material in the carboard boxes of the spirits I'd ordered to stop the bottles rattling around.

There was a small problem with my order which was sorted out very quickly. I used the contact option on the BoozeDelivered website and received a phone call a few minutes later. The problem sorted out straight away and even a little gift thrown in by way of apology.

I think the true sign of great customer service is how the customer is treated when things go wrong. I definitely received great customer service from BoozeDelivered and will be using them again.

Whilst I am happy with the product and price I am not happy with the service. I tried severak times to call Customer Services on Friday 28th Jan - ultimatekly speaking to someone in your IT team who answered the phone!

I tried again to call - leaving several voicemail messages and email - on Monday 31st Jan to chase the order. I received no reply or contact from my calls or emails.

We received the delivery at 4pm, I was expecting it in the morning - this caused us problems.

We need a company for regular delivery for our corporate / sales incentive requiremnets - although need a reliable company - that we can contact!

Ordered on the 3rd Jan 2011 and had to cancel later that evening,used website contact form and also emails plus three phone calls to an Orange mobile phone number. Not spoken to anyone and had no replies to emails etc. The PayPal payment has gone through my account so unless things improve in the next 7 days it looks like trouble ahead.

PayPal resolution system here I come.

I used the website before a few months ago and had excellent service so goodness knows what the problem is, that's the trouble with one or two man operators :-(

Never used this site before and was very wary, thought price was too good to be true and that there must be a hidden catch. I was wrong! Ordered Wednesday evening, delivered Friday morning and even sent me an email when it had been delivered!
