Ordered sweets which were special order and they arrived in time. Excellent quality and really good value compared to other websites. No problems at all.

Wish i had read the reviews first! I placed an order on July 21st on behalf of my nephew, he wanted a candy bar as a surprise for his mum & dad's wedding. Wedding is 3rd sept so we thought plenty time! Mistake! No delivery arrived, we spent £73 in total. Not a lot to us maybe but for a 10yr old it was his whole savings.

I contacted them 2 weeks ago, you can't speak to them direct? Voice message and email only so alarm bells should have been ringing! Left a message and issued an email on the Sunday to say per the website my order is still saying in progress even 3 weeks later, if it won't be ready can you let me know and I will make other arrangements. Amazingly on the Monday my order was updated to dispatched. However, that was 12 days ago and still no order. Have called twice since then and now the answer machine no longer accepts messages.

Please don't use this website, there is no chance of my nephew getting his money back and even worse he is gutted that his mum & dad's wedding surprise is ruined. I have 3 days to find the same sweets!

Stay away.... No communication... No goods... waste of space.... Robbing everyone... Have no intention of posting sweets

Do not use this company, my son placed an order for over £70 on the 30/5/2014 as of today still not arrived. We have messaged and called over and over and had no response from them. I have contacted a company that was based next door to them and the gentleman advised me that many people have called him trying to contact Great British Sweets and that he had on many occasions taken messages round to the woman who is there. I have now contacted citizens advice and trading standards. Also on further investigation this company appear to be trading as Online Sweets too, do not use either of these companies.

I ordered £80 worth of sweets for my daughters 13th birthday party & estimated delivery is 5 days. 23 days later I am still awaiting delivery and have had to go to another company to order more. As a single parent I am extremely out of pocket. The only communication I have had is through email (phone no. goes straight to answer machine with no one returning your call) whoever im speaking to keeps reassuring me my sweets are on the way but fail to provide what courier service & what date they despatched my order on. I would advise anyone to stay well clear of this company!!
