They took my money but never sent the goods, a bottle of Hennessy xo.

I tried contacting them by e-mail and phone but had no joy, needless to say

they did not reply to any of my messages. Like others I wish I had seen

the reviews about them on here first. Avoid at all costs!!

Similar to reviews below which I wish I had seen before I ordered - placed an order for Hennessy XO 10 days ago - no delivery, no response to emails, Paypal payment dispute raised. Avoid!

Totally agree with the previous review on here. I'm in a similar position, money taken, no product, send emails and get no response, fill in the online form for guaranteed response in 24 hours - still no response. No product, no refund, no contact.

When I purchased through Amazon there was no such problem, but then you have Amazon on your side to make sure things go OK. This time I went straight to their web site - big mistake. They clearly have no interest in customer service and should be avoided at all costs

Placed an order on the website 21st Sep 2013 for Finlandia Vodka and as of today 11th Oct 2013 I have had absolutely NO contact from this company. NO reply to my emails, NO product received and NO money back whatsoever.

Never had this happen before and I think it's atrocious that the company are posting competitions on their facebook page instead of delivering items to customers they have taken money off.

This is daylight robbery and I suggest you stay well clear as while their are good reviews on Amazon, there are also a great many like mine too.

I would avoid at all costs as I am still waiting after 3 weeks.

The 18 year old whisky I bought was great but the customer service was outstanding! I had a problem and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The real mark of a quality retailer is how they resolve a difficult issue. I will happily be reordering, reassured that if there is a problem, it wont be for long!

Hi, I came across this little gem of a site while looking for a rare bottle of Cognac called Hennessy Paradis.

The price they were quoting was £395.00 which was over £100 cheaper than some other sites and although I was a bit dubious about buying from a site I knew very little about I went ahead after doing a few checks.

I could see the site had over 6000 fans on Facebook and 13000 on Twitter so after looking at their Facebook Page and seeing they had been established for a number of years I felt much safer ordering.

I ordered my bottle on Thursday and received it on Saturday. I couldn't be happier and would gladly recommend this site to anybody!

"Purchase NOT delivered. ALL emails remain unanswered"… Incredibly, a few days after I posted this review I received the following from the people over at the complaints department at reviewcentre.com. - '"I have received contact from a representative of Award Winning Spirits regarding your review. They have expressed their concerns regarding the review content and so we have temporarily withdrawn your review". - I find it incredible and preposterous that any legitimate company would make contact with a review site within days of a negative review being posted, yet make absolutely no attempt to contact their very unhappy customer. To me this is clearly suspicious. I have been trying for five months of get ANY information from awardwinningspirits, sadly to no avail. To me this can only mean one thing, and it should be pretty obvious to you too. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. As I said earlier, Purchase NOT delivered. ALL emails remain unanswered…

I purchased a bottle of Hennessy Paradis from these guys last week when I struggled to get it anywhere else. Also, it was reasonably priced (I thought) and it arrived 3 days after I ordered it.

I thought the site looked great and it had loads of drinks I hadn't even heard of.

I couldn't be happier so muchas gracias Award Winning Spirits, I will be recommending you to my friends.

What a waste of a good website!!! Please don't waste your time here, it has taken exactly 1 month to get my money back via paypal, they didn't even have the decency to reply to any of my emails when asking about my order. 100% Satisfaction, don't make me laugh!
