Extremely Disgraceful Customer Relations
I was gifted two candles both Christmas Pudding fragrance.
One of the jars burst,it was a narrow oblong shape from the base to the rim.
Fortunately I was at hand to deal with the problem.
I contacted Yankee Candle UK and explained what had happened and asked
is the glass not tested because of its use.
This was when Yankee Candle had me jumping through hoops with different tasks.
I sent numerous pictures of the culprit.
I then was informed that Yankee Candle will not be investigating further.
The reason was because I rounded up the debris?They must have wanted me to leave it in position?

Terrible Service
ordered some items online. A few days later I get an an email with the subject ‘some of your items are unavailable and can’t be sent’ or words to that effect. Open up the email – it’s completely blank. Get a second email – your goods have despatched. Another completely blank email.
I therefore have no idea what has been sent and what has not, or what they’re doing about a refund for the missing items. No contact email address or telephone number. Disgraceful.
