I ordered a cover for a chair arrival date 3rd august still nothing went on the chat room they do NOT listen or give a damn they said I had received it on 2 August, seriously was it invisible, did the magic fairies take it away again, when I EVENTUALLY got a response I was told it was coming on 10 October and was in the time scale they make it up as they go along which is interesting as according to them I've already received the item - so what was potentially 6 days is now 10 weeks - really!! its a chair cover, not a three piece suite - lesson learnt very quickly that is to never ever touch this company again - I wish I had never heard of wish and been sucked into their false promises

I came across wish online from a recommendation and signed up for notifications on any offers or deals. A friend had recently bought a laptop online for just £80.00. Thought that was way too good to be true. He plugged it in but after a very short time he smelt smoke. The charger had overheated and blew his electrical sockets. He had to go to his electrical trip switches and flick them all back on. It frightened him as he thought the laptop had blown all the fuses.

When he told me that I Unsubscribed from them, unticked all the boxes and Saved my Options. Then I started to continue to get emailed notifications. When I looked at my Settings and notifications, I was aghast to see that all my options were - Mysteriously - ticked again.

I unticked them thinking it was my fault and I may have not saved my Options. This time round I made sure that all the boxes were Unticked so I could Unsubscribe.

Weeks down the line I am still getting emailed notifications and it is causing me such frustration that I have resorted to sending very aggressive emails to try to get them to stop emailing me. I have got the same automated email from them suggesting I go to my Settings and Notifications then unsubscribe from everything. I am now at the end of my tether not knowing how I can get them off my back. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can just get rid of them?

I just had a question about how they keep their credit cards on file. I called and called and got a machine. Left messages and its been over 2 months. That's bad customer service!

Ordered a product over £500 and received an email saying that I would gain my evoucher within the hour. After 2 hours of waiting still no sign of it. Numerous calls to incompetent staff that said they would contact me back (which they didn't) and emails completely ignored. All I was told was that they were looking into it but no mention of how long I would have to wait regardless of the urgency I required the vouchers for. Will NEVER use this site again! Absolutely appalling.

if you ever want to book an 'experience day', this is the best company i've ever dealt with....nothing is too much trouble.

my son and his mate wanted to book a 'zombie boot camp' and for various reasons it wasn't straight forward.... it was all very last minute and various team members contacted me to help out.... the staff at wish were incredibly helpful and they all have such a fab sense of humour!!

i really can't speak too highly of them..... book with them!!

i just love their 'copy' on their order confirmation....it's worth buying from them, just to read it....warning!....it'll make you giggle out loud!

I ordered an afternoon tea gift voucher and it came promptly and was nicely presented in its own gift box, I would recommend to a friend.

Great website which I stumbled across whilst searching for a specific gift and 'Wish' offered the best price as it offered free delivery.

The item arrived very quickly as well in plenty of time to be wrapped.

The site was easy to navigate and supplied plenty of information about expected delivery times/dispatch, this I like as it gave you a general idea of the timescales to expect.
