I dealt with Pauline who was extremely courteous and helpful throughout my order.

The engraver called me just before he was ready to engrave the product to make sure everything was correct. Another piece of superb customer service.

The very next day the product arrived in Ireland through Fedex.

I ordered a mont blanc wallet as a gift from wheelers. they had a varied collection to choose from. they also had delivery options worldwide which suited me perfectly well. due to some problem with the local mail service, there was a problem with the delivery of my gift. Wheelers customer service helped me retrieve the gift and get it delivered in time. They were extremely helpful and very prompt.
