Out of 4 cars only 1 was in a good condition, the 2 Ferrari’s were tatty inside, had engine faults and wipers didn’t work properly which ruined my time on the track in the rain. The Audi R8 had lights on the dash too and didn’t feel right, having worked in the Motor Trade I can say this was the worst driving event I have experienced in 30 years. The airfield track was in very poor condition with nowhere near enough signage. What wasn’t explained that every time I drive a car there would be a kid of 10/11 or 12 in front of me driving at slow speed ! Took from 9.30 until 14.00 to drive 4 cars on 4 laps!! Paid for a photo package but not one photo taken. Special Event price but no where near special enough. Don’t bother!!

I purchased a package.

Was told weeks later that it's no longer available as they have new suppliers and it would cost them too much to honour it.

I complained and wrote a review on Trustpilot.

I was told by the General Manager of Trackdays.co.uk, that unless I removed my honest review and also apologised to him for writing a review which, whilst honest, did not paint him or Trackdays in the best light, then he would refuse to deal with me any further.

PLEASE do not go through the painful experience that we have had to endure. It's gone on for almost a year and despite attempts to get in touch with the CEO, it appears that his ego before customer service policy is acceptable. As they say, the poison of any unethical business always comes from the top.

I STRONGLY advise, please DO NOT USE Trackdays and TELL YOUR FRIENDS too - why should we let companies that behave unethically treat us this way!?! If we give them our money then we are saying that it's okay to treat us badly.

Booked this for my daughter as a graduation present, she was so excited. Booking very difficult only possible via email. Having booked she asked to change date as she had a uni commitment. They were totally unhelpful, we have lost the money and my daughter is devastated, they simply quoted restrictions that were not in the terms and conditions. Don't touch with a barge pole a complete ripoff.

Loved the whole day on the big bikes up the mountain.

I will book again for this year.

All staff were friendly and helpfull throughout the day.

A good start in the pub with a full English too.

I was given this as a birthday present. A thoroughly enjoyable day. Brilliant instructors who kept their cool all day long. Timings for each drive were very good and waiting times kept to a minimum despite the large number of people participating in many different activities. Unfortunately one of my dream cars, the Maclaren, broke down on the day but I was given a choice of other vehicles to take out. I chose the Audi R8 which didn't disappoint. I will just have keep the Maclaren drive for another day.

Got treated to an experience day by my little darlings! Chose Lydden Hill in Kent with a porsche experience. Car was awesome with its tiptronic box. Just point and go. Although, due to number of other drivers the laps were a touch tame due to safety - those Ferraris were so slowww! Completely understandable as there was a real mix of driving abilities. Circuit was a bit short so you might want to think about another venue if you want a longer straight. Booking in on the day was very easy and the staff put themselves across really helpfully. Drivers and instructors were a joy to be with and adding the video to the package was a neat touch. Watching video back a few times always brings a smile. There was plenty of car choice if you wanted to play some more so recommend you allow more time to make a full day of it. Would I recommend to others? Already have done.

I was brought a voucher with a booking number to book online, the system would not accept this number and many phone calls were made to actually sort out a date, as they always seemed to be fully booked.

I evenutally changed venue, and through my own reserch found that this was being advertised £30 cheaper!!...Again, it took several phone calls to get this refunded....

As for the drive, not bad, but being told that once you go through the gear box you have to remain in sixth gear for all corners, the car does pick up eventually, but was totally against any driving skills I have ever been taught and learnt!!!!...

Overall, glad I did it, but wont pay to go again...
