We ordered a gift voucher to be delivered within 1 - 3 working days. ^ working days later and 3 birthday presentation postponements we still have not received the voucher. The company never answers the phone (tried about 30 times), never responds to emails and is blatantly a front for taking money without providing the items paid for. A total sham company and would not even recommend to my worst enemy. In simple terms STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. IF reviews are public, how come the police or whoever does not get involved to sort out the spammers so ore people are not ripped off

This company have relieved me of over £100! I have managed to get through to speak to them only once, and they said they would resend my item... a birthday present for my wife, which I ordered on 23rd August 2016. Today is 13t September and her birthday was 5th September.

Completely unacceptable service.... that is to say NO SERVICE AT ALL and taken my money. Trading standards and the police are the next stop!

We ordered a shares pack in August to date I have not received them I have tried to contact this company numerous times. I have been told that my money will be refunded by this company but to date it still has not been refunded. II would not buy from this company if I was you as this company cannot full fill any order you make with them and wont refund your money. we have now raised this issue with our bank to try and get our money refunded. This company should be investigated by the police as they are receiving money under false pretences.

I ordered afternoon tea gift voucher on their website and received the voucher in 3 days. I booked the date and everything was smooth and without any problem.

Their website is user friendly and simple to use and you get confirmation email after you order. You also have an option to check your order status online.

I ordered an afternoon tea gift voucher for a birthday present, after a week of waiting I still had not received anything, tracked order on their website and still pending despatch - why?!? They don't answer any of their phone numbers when you try to call and I will be very surprised if I get a response from my email, wouldn't have minded so much if I was making a huge saving but it is only £1 cheaper than going direct with the hotel! My advice is steer clear.

I ordered a personalised item for a gift for a family member. Despite paying for urgent delivery the item was never received. I got incorrect information that the item had been delayed in manufacturing/producing and the latest is that it was returned to the supplier before it was delayed? Now they want me to pay a higher than normal delivery fee to have it delivered again despite not being delivered in the first instance.

The online chat is is always offline. You are prompted to leave a message of which I haven't a single response. I had to email them directly and I stil do not have a contact number. Is this site perhaps just bogus and I have been had???

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU ATTEMPT TO USE THIS SITE.The items are obtainable from many other mainstream sites.
