I Placed An Order With Typsy Gifts For Sheridan Li
I placed an order with Typsy Gifts for Sheridan Liquor and paid for it online. The money is gone but the order has not come yet. I believed it was to be here in a few days according to the advertisement but not true! It's been almost two weeks now. I was sent a tracking number but it will not load or track after hours of trying. I have sent emails to inquire but no response! There are no good contact numbers either! Others be ware. I lost a lot of money too!
I have to apologize to Typsy Gifts for my last post! As soon as I posted my comment (this comment) the door bell ranged. It was my order. It was late and bottles were smaller than I expected but they delivered. I freaked out when others said they got their orders in a shorter period and I could not get any answers. I APOLOGIZE FOR THINKING YOU WERE A SHAM....YOU'RE NOT!!! Thanks for the order.

A Godsend!
What a Godsend you are, Tipsy Gifts! I have been looking for Sheridan's Coffee Layered Liqueur in the United States since forever, but I just can't find it anywhere. Speaking to a cousin of mine a few weeks back, I found out she had used Tipsy Gifts a couple of times in the past to have her Sheridan's Liquor delivered to her from the United Kingdom. She said it was amazing. She ordered it on the Sunday evening, and it arrived at her house on the Wednesday. Wonderful owner who likes to deal with every customer himself. Real, good old fashioned customer service. So, I tried them out. Ordered a case of six bottles, and just like they promised, I had six bottles delivered four days later, all in mint condition. I can't praise this little company enough. Thank you Tipsy Gifts, you really are a Godsend!
Bad Customer Service
I have an uncle who is dying of cancer. He wanted a specific liquor that I couldn’t not find anywhere. I've sent several emails to Tipsy Gifts explained the circumstances and only wanted a response to a question regarding delivery and NOBODY replied to any of my emails! SO SAD!
To the author of the above review. Firstly, I was so sorry to hear of your Uncle's illness. It is such an unforgiving disease. Secondly, the site has only ever had one point of contact, and that is myself. I can honestly say I have never received any emails with any reference to your sad circumstances. I always reply to all my customer enquirers, and I would have certainly replied to yours. I'm so sorry that we did not receive your emails, and that you thought that we didn't care. After Trying And Buying This Liqueur On A Cruise I
After trying and buying this Liqueur on a cruise I was dismayed to not be able to buy it in the states. I ordered this case from Tipsy's on a Wednesday night and it was delivered on Saturday. I couldn't believe how fast that was. I can't get things in my state that fast. The packaging was good. No broken bottles.

I Bought A Sandeman Brandy Presentation Gift From
I bought a Sandeman Brandy Presentation Gift from tipsygifts.co.uk for my Dad in August - he loved it!
The whole thing from the packaging to the professionally boxed, ribboned and bowed bottle of brandy was, in his words, one of the nicest gifts he ever received.
I have now ordered him another one from them for his Christmas present.
I know it will go down very well! In fact, he'll love it!
