Ugh! I'm SO frustrated with the people at The Heather Rose Shop!!! I spent £331.79 on a brand new tablet as a Christmas present for somebody and have had NO confirmation email, NO delivery information - nothing.The only time they communicated with me was when I asked whether the tablet was brand new. I've emailed them about 3/4 more times since and still they haven't replied to any of them! I checked my bank statement to see whether my payment had gone through and it had! AVOID!

Bought some Haribo Sweets. Haribo Starmix and Haribo Smurfs and some of the new Cadbury chocolate bars. Cadbury Marvelous Creations and Cadbury with Oreo. They came very quickly and in great shape. Packed ok. Had no problems. Got email with order and one for dispatch so good communications. Sweets and chocolates tasted great. Would buy from these people again.

I ordered an Easter egg 25th March and did not receive it. I have emailed the company 3 times, no reply, no phone contact. I will never buy from these people again.

They certainly need to address their communication skills as they are non existant.

I purchased a small item before Christmas on 11th December within the UK. I have still not received this item. I understand items can get lost, as i am a retailer myself, but i have sent no less than 3 emails to The Heather Rose Shop now asking where my item is, and could they reply so we can resolve this. I have had no reply at all!

Whilst the value of the item i bought was low, that is not the point. Any order, big or small should get the same level of customer service and i have received none from this shop.

This is a great little chocolate gift shop with super items, photos and prices. When I asked a question about the Terry's Chocolate Orange I got a very quick reply. It was very easy to do an order and pay. My order arrived much faster than I had expected and arrived in perfect condition (considering the weather we have been having here recently!) and I would consider the postage well worth the price. It was all well wrapped in padding and sealed into a box. I would say this was a lovely little discovery and am happy to share it.
