I stumbled across Swanky Maison when trying to find a personalised tree decoration for my son's first Christmas. I was thrilled to find exactly what I was looking for and within a day I had it on my tree with his name on! Amazing service for such a busy time of year. For instance when ordering a heart chalk board I had left if a bit late but I contacted Swanky Maison and they got the gift to me beautifully packaged and in time for my friends birthday. Swanky Maison was recommended to me via a friend who raved about their great selection of personalised gifts. Living in Canada at the time, the idea of ordering from an online gift shop and having the goodies delivered to a friend in the UK thoroughly appealed to me, especially since I was coming home for Christmas and the thought of hauling several presents back home did not appeal to me in the slightest! After struggling to find something unique, beautiful and good value in town for a relative I settled on a personalised picture from Swanky. I'm a bit fed up of the 'same old' stuff out there and so was amazed by the variety and choice on this website. I purchased my sister a pair of 'Love is in the Air' earrings by The Argentum Company from Swanky Maisons online shop for her birthday using a discount code emailed to me for 15% off any purchase. Her birthday is 18th April and I ordered these well in advance on 20th March... I am still waiting for these to arrive!

I contacted them last week to politely advise I had still not received them

but was fobbed off that they had been sent within the stated 3-5 day dispatch time, but may have got lost so a 2nd set would be sent. It is now 14th April and I have still not received anything.

My sister and I live 200 miles apart so I needed to receive these at least a week beforehand to check and wrap them before posting them to her in time for her birthday - its not going to happen now.

First and last time shopping with this company - very disappointed. 2nd email sent to them today requesting full refund. Avoid Swanky Maison if you actually want to receive the items you've paid for!
