I ordered my soap on March 3rd. It is March 23rd and I still have not got my order. I even paid extra for fast delivery. To say the least, I am upset. I feel like I have been robbed of $17. I have a good mind to contact the better business bureau. Especially since I have sent two emails and have yet to hear anything. Don't order anything from this company. It's a rip off.

I ordered a soap from soapsaysit.com two weeks ago and still haven't received it. There isn't a phone number listed for them and they don't respond to emails so I have no idea if my order is even coming or not. I decided to Google map them to see if anything even existed at the address and apparently the address they listed is for a place called Majic Touch Spa. I really like the idea of personalized soaps but if I ever decide to order one again, I'll definitely order from somene else.

I ordered a few soaps from Soap Says It and it took almost 2 weeks to deliver. I tried to contact them and all I ever got whenever I tried was a voice mail and I never received a reply to my emails. I feel there are other websites out there that do the same thing with excellent customer service.
