I purchased the " glamourous tea,coffee,suger jars" and the service and delivery were great, very quick delivery, I love my jars x thankyou

Products are really pretty[Regency cups and saucersets]and excellent service as one of the saucers was broken despite superb packaging but replaced instantly after a phone call.

I was really impressed with the service, the lady emailed me before delivery to tell me when my order would be delivered, she told me that if I was not going to be in she would put a note on the parcel so that a neighbour would be asked by the delivery person to accept delivery on my behalf.

The nicest thing was that when I opened my parcel there was a lovely little note inside saying that they hoped that I liked my wall planters.

I would buy from shabbychic again most certainly.
