I have an alarm clock and could not reset the alarm! Believe me it is not obvious! I checked on the web for suppliers to see if I could find the instructions and happened upon Serendipity. Serendipitious indeed! I wrote to them to ask if they had the instructions and the next day these were uploaded to the site. I then got an e mail telling me that this had been done. These suppliers are in the process of uploading the manuals for the clocks and watches they sell, but because of my inquiry uploaded this set of instructions specifically for me. How kind and how useful!

I was looking for a particular watch and I came across serendipity. Having telephoned to make sure they had the right watch (which they did. I've been let down before by other online sellers) I bought it straight away. It was dispatched the same day. Arrived the next day (as promised). Although there was a technical issue with the watch, it was resolved with a simple phone call. I couldnt be more happy with the friendly and professional service. Very pleased with the watch and the service. Outstanding!

I wanted to buy a radio controlled wall clock as a gift, something that would not let the recipient down but not too expensive. I checked on prices of similar articles and Serendipity Gifts were the least expensive for that particular item. Although I had never dealt with this seller before I was delighted to have the opportunity of discussing my needs with Steve Hodson whose help and advice was much appreciated. When the item arrived it was packaged in such a way that even the box containing a Seiko clock was unmarked.
