I ordered a gift 3 weeks ago they took the payment from my account and I still have not received my gift! The phone number just rings out and I have had no reply to my emails. Please report to Action Fraud, the more people who report the sooner this website can be shut down and they can be caught!!!

absolutely disgusted with this site. My friend was very ill in Australia and as I was a long way away I wanted to send her a little gift. Never arrived and lost my money. This is a disgrace and this company should be shut down!!

Beware! Do not use this site. They take your money and never send your goods. I have been forced to give this one star. it should have none.

Like everyone else I ordered gifts for a bereaved friend back in July (I am based in the US so it was impossible for me to visit her) and she never received them. I had ordered with send a thought in the past several times and I assume the gifts arrived but now I am not so sure. These people must be stopped, can't believe they are scamming people who are trying to show some love to people in need.

If only I'd seen these reviews before 'purchasing' something for a loved one fromwhat looked like a bona fide website. Be warned! Ordered last Friday supposed 1st class delivery. Been waiting, emails go totally unanswered not even a usual 'your email will be responded to in ...' and numerous calls ring until the message is 'call later' and cut off. Now read other reviews and much to my disappointment realise I have been taken in along with many others.

Item never arrived, have emailed three times, basically just took my money!!! Have ignored every email

I placed an order with this company over a week ago and the goods have still to been delivered although I also paid a £3.99 delivery charge. I've tried to contacted the company several times via email and tried unsuccessfully to call them. When you email you get no reply and the phone just rings out. A word of advice do not order from this company. I've now read several reviews from people with the same problem.

Same thing has happened to me, payment taken and nothing recieved despite several calls and emails. I would urge everyone who has experienced the same to report this company to the Action Fraud desk who are investigating and will prosecute, the more people who do this the quicker this person is stopped. I know a few people have stated its not a lot of money to them personally but if several people place orders a day then this amounts to 1000's this is a crime and must be reported this person is taking money from people online.
