I have been buying from the above-named website since 2003. The products and packaging is excellent and since then have recommended it to friends and family....until now!

A relative had given birth and I thought it would be nice to get a personalised canvas which I ordered on the 9th May 2011. It is now 9th June 2011 and I am still waiting for the canvas.

I am so embarrassed as her baby is now a month old and I haven't given her a present yet!

I have had no explanantion and left countless phone messages and e-mails to no avail!

I hate complaining...but the same thing happened when I ordered a gift 2 months before christmas and received it 3 days before christmas day (to my relief). I didn't complain as at the end of the day I did get it before christmas and the weather was bad but not 2 months before!

If you order from Roomers Gifts you will be very pleased with your purchase by BEWARE you may have to order a month in advance!!!
