The flower arrangement I bought on the site is nothing like what my friend received. The one I saw was very neatly arranged and looked elegant in a nice vase. The one delivered looked awful with flowers just grouped together in an amateur way that made it lose it's value. Squashed flowers. Definitely not worthy of being an online site. If only I can upload the photos for you to see. Very disappointing :( never using them again.

I am so happy I found them. Actually it was just last minute that I decide to give them a try for Mothers Day. I was already late but the gift reach my mom on time and their 100 guarantee of exact item turned out true. So glad they took my order last minute. No variations in what I order. Mom was so happy. They need to change their message cards but rest was good. I am sure they are improving as they can. I'd by always in future from them. Congratulation you just got a repeat customer.

I wanted to surprise my husband for our anniversary and decided to order some chocolates to be delivered at his work. I asked them to not call him since it was a surprise. Instead of calling me asking for directions, they called him and spoiled the surprise.

The box of chocolate showed on the website is not even close to the one sent to him. The pic shows a box with 20 chocolates decorated with a red lace. The box he received was a small golden box with less chocolates.

Later on I went on the website and noticed that the description says 12 pcs.

It was my fault for not reading the description, but they should not show a picture that shows something different from what they are actually selling. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Worst online service ever. No direct number. Got a reply after 48 hours. Customer service agent was so arrogant. Tried to send couple of stuff as a b'day surprise. Wasted hell lot of money. Spoiled the entire occasion. Please stay as far as possible.

I ordered a patchi chocolate box as a Christmas gift for my friend in Kuwait and it was scheduled for delivery on 24th it has not yet reached the desired destination nor has anyone from q8 online gift responding to my email or has kept me intimated on the delay. Now I am wondering whether is it a genuine website whereas I have already paid for the chocolates. They have not even mentioned any contact number on their website. This has left a bad impression n I will definitely inform most of my friends in Kuwait n put a strong note on Facebook so that others will at least not face a similar problem

I ordered from them rainbow bouquet for the next day.They emailed me in the noon time in the day of delivery to inform me that the rainbow roses are out of stock!!! which hasn't been mentioned in the website!!! offering me alternative less quality offer in the same price and there online service is really disaster. the event was my anniversary and they really kept me in bad shape. I don't recommend them at all because they don't respect the time and they are not updating their website daily.
