WARNING - Do NOT buy from ponyparadise.co.uk.  Bought eyeglasses and was posted the wrong ones. I was offered a 5% refund and told I could keep the incorrect pair - not a satisfactory outcome as what I was posted doesn't fit me. After trying to sort out with them, they have stopped replying to me and never even refunded the 5% ! - Extremely poor customer service. Site is .co.uk but glasses were posted from China.

The gifts ordered from Pony Paradise arrived promptly and were a big hit. An attractive and easy to navigate site. I value the prompt and friendly service I received when ordering and will be shopping there again.

Pony Paradise (www.ponyparadise.co.uk) gave good descriptions of each product, had a friendly tone and was easy to use. There was a variety of goods to choose from many of which were new to me. The items arrived within 3 days and I was delighted as they were even nicer than they'd appeared on-line. A free gift (little horse) arrived with the items - nice surprise as this wasn't advertised. When I gave the items as presents they were received with great delight and I plan to use the site again. Good products and choice and great customer service.
