Had to wait 16 days from placing my order but my god it was worth the wait.Good quality mugs and the personalisation was neat,tidy and am very very pleased with final results.Will deffinately be ordering from here again.

I have ordered twice from this company and am very pleased with the results. My items were all to be personalised using my own artwork, 5 different subjects. The company emailed me to confirm my specific instructions and still delivered on time. All were of a good quality. I've never managed to reach them by phone but I've found emails are promptly answered. I will definitely be using again as they allow me to order in small amounts. They're happy to look after the little fish. Thanks guys!

I ordered an item end june . My money was quickly taken but now still the item has not been received. Sent e - mails and tried to call loads of times but nobody ever answers. Do not order from them.

I still waiting for someone to answer either the email or phone ordered two weeks ago and now not any use as present as too late never deal with this company again need refund and no one gets back to msgs

I ordered 2 specially printed T- Shirts. Many sites won't only do 2 so I was very pleaased. Good quality t shirts and printing. Shall use again

I ordered a gift for my sister it has yet to arrive, the company are blaming royal mail have it but must not have left a card. Royal mail advise they haven't got it. it took me a week to get that response from them and since I replied asking for proof of postage they are ignoring all of my emails and not answering the phone. The site is a CON!!!

I ordered two items for a friends birthday on 4th August 2016. To date I have not received my items, although I paid for them with the order. I am unable to leave a message and my emails are ignored. This site appears to just take your money and does not send you the goods.

I need a lot of personalized gifts for people and always use this site. I realize that time needs to be allowed for delivery etc, some people don't

I found what looked like the perfect present for my best friend's 30th birthday and was delighted to be able to give her something special I knew she would love...

However...

Two months later, my order has never arrived. I have sent several emails through the website and by email and not a single response.

Not only am I hugely disappointed by this terrible service, but my friend's birthday has been and gone and I knew this gift would have made her so happy.

I hope to receive a response someday because I would love to still give this gift (albeit months late!) or get a refund!!

The speed and effiency with which my order was sent was excellent. The gift I bought was exactly what I was looking for, so I am delighted.
