I am so pleased with this store, my order got to me after a week (this included a bank holiday weekend) which was so quick and I loved everything I got. One thing that came was slightly faulty and I emailed them asking what I should do about returns and the next day they wrote back apologizing and sent out a new one that day. They have a great choice of products and great bargain sections. The only thing I would like is if there was an option to shop in euros. I would defiantly recommend! I have had bad experiences with online stores like this one and I am so happy to have found one that delivers quickly and that I can trust.

Used a couple of times and will keep using. Reliable and quick delivery that is easy to track. regular updates on your order so you are always informed. Products are as described. Haven't had any issues with any of the products and the ready made celebration packs are excellent for you to build up your stock and give you a detailed ritual to perform, great for newbies. I will continue to use them for all my requirements in the future, I love the fact there is a wish list you can add items to enabling you to find products you may want in the future with ease. Ordered on monday and received on Tuesday! All of the items arrived as described and they are top notch quality. The items came well packaged with more than enough padding to ensure that all of my purchases arrived to me safe and sound. All of the herbs came helpfully labeled and most of them included a couple of notes regarding their uses. The leather sheaths for my athame and boline were not particularly attractive and the leather is quite tough, but they are certainly suitable for purposes of storage (and the knives themselves could not be faulted at all). I am particularly pleased with the crescent boline which I have given a quick trial and found to be exceedingly sharp and perfect for herb collection (I'm yet to try it on wood for wand making, but I'm certain it would stand up to the task). If I can offer any criticism at all, then I would say that certain items seem to have been out of stock for quite a while, unless I've just missed them? It's a right pain trying to find mugwort in London! I will definitely be ordering from here again and it has been an absolute pleasure doing business with you! Keep up the good work!

As with any first time order to a company not used before, I am skeptical as to claims of quality and satisfaction of other customers.
