Was so excited to receive my first anniversary canvas of our first dance . On opening the canvas the first 4 lines are missing . Endless phone calls of no one answering so went down the email route keep getting fobbed off with the hope of getting my 40 refunded . They are a small business that have no customer complaint handling skills it's disgustingly appalling I'm still waiting it to be collected . It was their mistake . There responses are pathetic with no apology whatsoever . It's of no use to us as it's not our first dance and can't sell it on as it's personalized . I'm furious and upset completely ruined the surprise for my husband . Definitely not recommend . I've kept all e mails . They are a joke !!

Very good communication from he company. Product received as seen in photos on website. Very accommodating to chances in colour and personalisation of products. Excellent packaging and quick delivery

Ordered the 1st dance lyrics plaque. We loving the fact they kept in contact all the way thru and even sent me a email with what it looked like before printing. The parcel arrived within the time scale given and was amazed at the love and care and attention to detail given to make my plaque more then perfect.

I recently ordered a Christmas Gift Sack and unfortunately put the wrong details on my order from. I e-mailed using the link given explaining what I had done and gave the correct information needed . I received a very prompt reply stating that my order would be amended and delivered shortly.

I recently ordered a co-ordinates sign as part of a wedding gift. There was a problem with their printer but they let me know there would be a slight delay and when advised I needed it for the coming weekend they pulled out all the stops and got it to me with two days to spare!

The sign is excellent quality, much better than I was expecting to be honest and made a lovely gift. I will definitely use this company again and am very happy to recommend.

Their website is extremely easy to use and provides clear pictures of their products. Service is absolutely extraordinary, you get a preview of your design before it is sent to you. was looking for a unique but small 4th wedding anniversary present for my daughter She is difficult to shop for as has little room at home for extra 'things' and also requires quality items. I chose the printed linen picture and she was genuinely touched and thrilled with it. The company were so helpful re posting it directly to her on a 'delayed mailing' request too. Am most happy to recommend them for service and originality and value for money.
