I Ordered These Yaktrax From My Perfect Present Ea
I ordered these Yaktrax from My Perfect Present early in December for a present for my in-laws. They appeared to be the only place on the web at that time who stated that they had them in stock.
I chased before Xmas and was told they have been dispatched. Since then I have emailed and called on several occasions (always ending with an answer phone) and had no response since early in January when they said they would look into it and get back to me. Since then no communication response even though it is now mid Feb and I STILL have not received then. I would never recommend them or use them again.
I've had a similar issue. Ordered some 'toasty feet' on the 14th Jan. Having not received them i used the email to contact them left on the paypal details. They replied straight away informing me there was an oversight and the order was not shipped and would be shipped that day. That was 6 days ago and still not received order. Also i found it funny that they only replied to my email when i used the address of the paypal details as the one on the sight you get no confirmation and as result no proof you contacted them...Not impressed with this company so far...

My-perfect-present.com Sent The Wrong Item After 4
my-perfect-present.com sent the wrong item after 4 week delay. No response to emails. Only got a refund after a further month because Paypal forced the seller to caugh up but I am still stuck for the registered postage to Eire. Paypal know these people as findlostkeys.com. Definitely avoid both sites.

During The Recent Snow And Ice I Ordered Some Ice
During the recent snow and ice I ordered some ice grips which you put on to shoes to stop slipping. They advertise a specific quality brand, but sent some cheap alternative. They never answered my email and they have a fake phone number.
Avoid.
