I ordered a personalised photo frame for a friend's baby's christening. I'd been looking for this everywhere but was out of stock. Found one on this site & ordered but received an email with apologies advising me that the website had been updating when I'd placed my order and it was actually out of stock. I was devastated, but I was offered an alternative at no extra cost which was a personalised Baby Girl Musical Photo Frame. I really liked the look of it so I accepted it as an alternative.

The delivery information said it would be despatched within 4-7 days so I was panicking because I didn't think I'd receive it in time for the christening. Came home from work 2 days later which was a Saturday & found that the item had been delivered that day!

The Baby Girl Musical Photo Frame is absolutely beautiful, I'm actually glad that the original frame I wanted was out of stock because the alternative item I was offered really is lovely. It plays Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, which is started by placing on a flat surface and turning it clockwise to wind it up. it also turns round slowly when the music is playing so you can see all the 4 photos. The engraving is fantastic, so precise and not a letter out of place! The handle on the lid is lovely, a silver teddy bear & the box has a nicely sized space for putting little keepsakes inside.

Overall I am really really happy with this purchase & will definitely be shopping here again! Haven't got a single bad word to say about the service I received it was simply fantastic & I was made to feel like a valued customer at all times, there was also great communication! Thank you Megasool :-)
