orderd 3 things only had 1 still waiting other have sent a few e-mail but still no replay . the glass i bought was lovely engraved good quality . pit about the other goods still waiting

I would advise anyone against buying from this company. Their customer service is appalling. It took them 4 days to respond to my email regarding the delivery of items that were incorrect. They wouldn't pay for postage to return the items and were extremely rude and unprofessional in replying to emails. I disputed my case with Paypal who thankfully are a very extremely helpful company. Funnily enough there isn't a phone number to even ring Luvs Gifts so couldn't contact them that way. They have also changed their terms and conditions since my complaint - admitting they are in the wrong.

A company that won't respond to e-mail or phone calls. Very poor. Have gone elsewhere even though they have taken my money. Hope the company read this, you're useless and probably ripping others off.

Ordered a pen/iPad stylus that was engraved as a 60th Birthday gift for a friend. No problem with the ordering or delivery of the item but when it arrived it was just a pen, no stylus, the engraving was the palest gold in small writing on pink and you really struggled to see it. It wasn't good value for money.

I emailed them to say how disappointed I was and I am still waiting for a reply. The telephone no is not available on their website as they are having a problem with BT, it states they are hoping it is up and running by the 20th April,it is now the 27th!

I would have liked a picture of the item before it was posted out to see what it looked like.

I wouldn't use them again and would certainly not recommend them based on my experience.

I ordered a glass picture for my daughters cristening as a small gift for her god parents , the quality was excellent and the engraving was faultless.

Really think they will treasure them
