I had an issue with the non-delivery of an item due to the snow. I emailed customer service is replied and arranged for a replacement to be sent within an hour and a half!

Very good product too.. just as described.

Paid almost £8 for special 24h delivery, they don’t even send with tracking “due to the valie of your item”. For the second day promise it wil be tomorrow, now are saying i have to contact royal mail myself to check where my order is.

Rude, unprofessional service, pay a couple of pounds extra and buy with notonthehighstreet or other.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Any issues i had they went above and beyond to ensure i was fully satisfied. Delivery was super quick, even when i purchased items with personalisation. Also very pleased with the prices as i have not found the products i was after for any cheaper on any other website. I would 100% reccomend this website and am defiantly going to be a returning customer in the future!

I brought this as a gift for my Nan's 90th birthday. It is very well made and I cant wait to see my nans face when I give it to her later tonight.

I emailed support needing assistance with something and was aided by the person I dealt with - one of your Customer Support staff. The service and care she showed left me knowing that this is a company to use again! I have never experienced service quite like it. This lady deserves recognition as her service is second to none! Fantastic customer service! Processed my order quickly and received it the next day. I requested a special delivery and they even took the initiative to call me to check when I needed it by. I would recommend this company without a doubt. The product was perfect.

Ordered an engraved Carousel money box for my grandson's christening. When it arrived, the spacing on the engraving was incorrect so I contacted customer services by e-mail with a photo of the inscription. A replacement was ordered for me and arrived swiftly but unfortunately had the same incorrect engraving. Again, I sent an e-mail to customer services with a photograph. By now, it was Tuesday for the christening on Saturday. Again, customer services responded quickly and placed another order for me with the reassurance that the inscription would be carefully checked before dispatch. 3rd time lucky! The item arrived in time for the christening with the correct engraving and was well received.

Thank you to customer services for responding quickly and efficiently and turning a disappointing experience into a very satisfactory one.

Ordered in time for Christmas, got an email saying ‘sorry out of stock, will refund in the next couple of days’.

Never received refund. Never replied to my emails. Phone number told caller to email as no operators available.

Do not buy from this company. Customer service is non-existent. Had to get my money back through a Chargeback using my bank. Would take your money and keep it without providing the goods if it could get away with it! Probably the worst company I’ve ever come into contact with.

Can’t find a website for this company they seem to have disappeared. Don’t buy their vouchers it’s a fantasy company
