Totally Unpresentable & Embarrassment

Ordered a bouquet of 12 roses with 6 balloons as birthday gift which cost RM2xx+. Was embarrassed when received the photo of the flowers, the bouquet contained only the roses and without other decorating flowers or leaves as indicated in their pictures. Furthermore the balloons are about palm size, which ends up looking pathetic and unpresentable. 1st time came across online florist which their pictures are for illustration purposes only!

Unprofessional Service

Ordered a bouquet of flower to my girlfriend when I was not in Malaysia. And the below are the disappointed points:

1. Requested to have update when the bouquet is ready, at least a photo of the bouquet, but no response at all even the shop had committed to send

2. Promised to send out the flower during the scheduled time (830-530) but late deliver, need to ask my girlfriend to stay back for waiting this

3. Not even considered to keep the surprise and telling the recipient what is going to send to her.

4. Not even tried to register at the office building to send the flower but requested recipient to go to office lobby for self collecting

Conclusion, this is the one and only time will order from this florist and will never ever recommend other friends to buy from this shop!

The lack of customer service is appalling. I paid extra charges for a confirmed delivery before 10pm, before which I confirmed this via web chat with an employee before making an order. Unfortunately I ended up waiting until 11.50pm to receive the flowers. The process of waiting and trying to find out whether the flower would be delivered was a different story and a different level of frustration entirely - all phone numbers advertised on the website were never answered, I waited for the person I dealt with to respond by web chat and asked that someone give me a call - no one did ."Guarantee 100% on time delivery" was advertised on the website I posted on their Facebook page via comment and was given a reply many days later with a terrible excuse and "10% discount for next purchase". I demanded for a refund, no reply. Save yourself the money and time for better deserving florists in KL.

Never Ever Buy From Them!

I ordered a cake and a flower bouquet for my mother-in-law's birthday, but the online payment site was not working. So I contacted the customer service straight away, and was told that I could make payment via online bank transfer. I promptly made the payment, informed them and attached the payment receipt.

The order was supposed to be delivered by 5pm on her birthday, but nothing came. I called at 7.15pm as I was very busy at work until then, and was told that I have yet to make the payment. Again I sent them the payment receipt right away. No reply from them after that. I called again at 7.56pm, again I was told that I haven't made the payment. After arguing with them, then only they checked that indeed I have made the payment.

However, I was told that it is not possible for them to deliver the items then as the chef has gone home. THEY NEVER EVEN PREPARED THE ORDER! They said that they will deliver the items on the next day, i reluctantly agreed.

The following day, still no delivery. I called at 11.10am, i was told that THEY STILL HAVE NOT PREPARED MY ORDER!! They promised to deliver it soon. But of course, nothing at all until evening. When i called asking for a refund, the girl on the other end hung up on me while i was still talking!!!

Up till now, no cake, no flowers, no refund.

Taking people's money without providing service!

I've made a report to NCCC, and I urge all those who have been cheated by them to do the same.

Do Not Engage This Vendor If You Don't Want To Be Cheated.

WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU'LL GET! I've paid for a teddy bear and hello kitty balloons with table arrangement for a kid birthday! But the customer services call me up and said "no more stocks for hello kitty" and I have them replaced with cinderella foil balloon (cheaper priced) instead. So they offered me another 4 extra balloons (2 happy birthday, 2 latex balloons which doesn't cost much) and which I agreed on with a condition that the balloons must comes with a table arrangement. The order came 3 hours late (during purchase I've specific timing) and the worst part is the teddy bear that I'd purchased is not the same as what have been delivered! There are no table arrangement for the balloons just a string tied the balloons together. The whole gift looks so cheap that it does not worth the price that I've paid for! A total disappointment!

I paid my hard-earned money to them for a Mother's Day bouquet and fresh cake. Mother's Day came and gone, No delivery, No emails, No refund. I literally email them everyday since Mother's Day and try calling them 10+ times. No response whatsoever and I truly believe I have been tricked.

I will be lodging complains to nccc.org.my and my next step will be a formal police report.

Hugely Disappointed

I ordered flowers for mother's day to make my mom happy. I'm struggling with depression for almost a year now and this delivery means a lot to me because I've been a pain in the ass since I got really sick. Of course, the bouquet was not delivered. It was stated in the website that delivery completed but no flower received. Worst, they called me at 12 am in the morning stating that they on the way to deliver the flower when my chosen time was working hours. Thank you for doing this to me. For you, it might not mean anything because after all you got the money. For me, it means everything. It affects me emotionally and to describe how depressive it is, is not possible.

Cheaters

I ordered online from india. I had selected an elegant bunch of expensive bouquet to be sent to my sister at her office. Unable to keep their promise and claim, they send the bouquet at 8.45pm in the night at her home. The worst part was they did not conform to what they displayed at their website with horrible colour combination of packing. I felt cheated.
