We purchased several gifts only to be told that most of them were out of stock...we eventually received 2 out of 5 gifts more than 10 days later! (all this in a matter of days to Xmas)...Terrible! one to avoid, nice products but them seem totally clueless!

I bought "James The Bookend". It's a lovely design and looks a lot more expensive than it was. The customer service was excellent. There was a slight mix-up with the order, which was rectified immediately. The item arrived well-packaged. I'm really pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate to make another purchase.

Placed my order via their well thought-out website late one evening, and took advantage of their free delivery offer. To my delight, I got an email from them the next morning saying that as I was local, they would drop my order off that afternoon, which they did.

Don't normally write reviews but was bowled over by the great service and quick delivery.

Ordered the Loop flower vase and fruit bowl from Lifestylish, which qualified for their free delivery as it was over £50.

Placed my order on the Monday and it was here Wednesday morning well packaged and very professional.

Checkout was very easy and had no need to contact them, so can't comment on the customer service although there are contact details available if I needed to get in touch.

Overall, very impressed with the Lifestylish site and will definately shop there again as well as recommending to friends.
