I ordered a wooden engraved photo frame. Process was easy it only took a few days to arrive quality was lovely and so beautifully engraved. Would I recommend, definitely. Couldn't fault anything.

My package came in the post with bubble wrap and tape around it. I found out there was a large chip on the rim of the engraved glass and so I sent an email to the company and a new glass was sent to me within a few days. Very good service and great response.

I live in Spain and have used keep it personal many times. They are a fantastic company and my order has been dispatched, with engraving within a few hours of ordering. The engraving is beautiful and the goods are 1st class quality. The packaging is excellent and everything has arrived in perfect condition. I have had items gift wrapped and this is very pretty. I ordered 2 items the same to be gift wrapped and they were thoughtful enough to put a note on the outside of the packages saying which one was which to save me opening the lovely packing. I will continue to use them and would most definately recommend to anyone. I would give 10 star rating if I could. There is absolutely nothing negative about this company. The web site is clear and easy to use and of course you can contact them if you have any problems or queries.

I bought this frame to put a photo in of my beloved dog Toby who I sadly lost in June last year, I have frames everywhere of him but when I saw the quote I had inscribed on my frame and then received the frame it blows the rest away it's really well made and done beautifully. I have a candle I lit at Christmas and the other day on Toby's birthday and this frame will be beside it always. Last minute panic, needed something personal for the next day for my mothers retirement. Found a lovely Silver and Diamante photo frame. Called up, explained what I wanted and the wording I wanting engraving. All done and delivered the same day!! Brilliant will definitely recommend to other family and friends.
