Jamiegerrardstore operate a classic internet scheme where they take your money but have no intention of sending any goods. I ordered watches from them five months ago which never arrived. Their response to my complaints to their ryanstore contact address has been to tell me to be patient. I have asked for a refund with no response.

They never send you what you order. I emailed them several times informing them my items had not yet arrived, they assured me they were on the way. Never arrived and they will no longer answer emails.

So I ordered a laser 4 months ago , they took my money in minutes but never sent item . Tracking is non existent and I email and reply is it will arrive soon .Very unhappy !! I will consider legal action just on principal.

I purchased a watch from them in January, a month later said they somehow lost my order! They said they reordered right away.......still waiting and do not need this anymore so I asked for a refund in 3 separate emails. No response! I guess that I can say goodbye to that money and yet they still have the nerve to advertise on Facebook! They need to be shut down now!

Be smart and don't buy from JamieGerrard.com! I wish I didn't!

Complete theives, do NOT BUY HERE, you have been warned

in mid November I ordered something for a Christmas present, (maybe for 2018!) this order has still not been delivered. I have written to them on four different occasions,asking for an explanation, or a refund, each time I received a reply apologising profusely for the delay, and that my order would be delivered very soon.

This is no way to treat a client, and I feel I have been totally tricked by this company.

My advice is AVOID like the plaugue.

Placed 2 orders on the 8th and 10th November to make sure I would receive my items (3) in time from Christmas. Of course the items are still not received. There's no number to call them on, emails get replied to by a generic answer "thank you for your patience the items will be with you shortly". This company is bad, do not order from them you'll be disappointed.
