Dreadful Still Waiting For Order No Response From Them
I ordered a photo frame nearly 3 weeks OK,I have had no e mail to say it's coming or being sent they just don't respond ,very annoying as they have had the money grrrrrr

I ordered a gift over 4 weeks ago and it still hasn't Arrived! I have emailed them several times and the number on the website just rings out. Would never order off this website again!

Received the mug (a present) with some marks so emailed them asking if it could be exchanged. Someone replied after being chased several times, saying they would send another one.. that was nearly a month ago.
Have chased several times and again have heard nothing back.
Will never ever buy from this website again.

Placed an order, wasn't despatched after 2 weeks. They did not reply to numerous phone calls and emails. Had to speak to my bank. Eventually got a refund after 4 weeks. Their website offers next day delivery for £10 to compound matters!!
