Ordered a picture blanket, when it arrived all the writing in the middle was all off center and some of it was cut out. When I wrote to express my concern I was told it was my fault and they were not going to engage with me as it was clearly the customers fault! I had used this website many times before and had no issues but the customer “service” and being left with a completely useless Christmas present, I am left devastated and so disheartened. DO NOT buy from this company
