Last month I had ordered flowers and cake delivery in India from Gifts2indisonline.com It is very unlikely to not get the delivery on time. That happened for which they apologized a lot.

I have used online gift delivery service first time and used Gifts2indiaonline.com to send Gift for my Mom on her birthday, and really I am satisfied with their service. They delivered my gift on date and most important quality is good and my Mom is Happy. Thanks Gifts2indiaonline, I will share your name in my friends in USA.

Sent Flower and cake hamper with a Showpiece. The flower and cake delivered on date and quality was good..My relative enjoyed. Thanks for Service, But the showpiece delivered after 2 days of the occasion date by courier.

I called to Customer care and get informed that due to mentioned shipping declaration the showpiece delivered by courier instead of hand, I missed to notice that mentioned declaration.

My request to team to ensure the delivery all together by hand. Anyway I am happy with their service and will continue.

We ordered a gift for my parents to be delivered on the 2 days later from order. They promised and then said shipping is 3-4 business days. Please avoid they are very unreliable . The advertisement on website is false and deceiving.

We ordered a gift for my brother(2 items) to be delivered on the same day. requested to deliver on a specific date.The order was placed 15 days before. But they delivered one item on the specific date, & delivered the gift at some where else. My brother never received the packet. Called customer service no one picked up the phone.

I ordered for a bouquet and requested to get it delivered interstate the same day.

I must say that the service was amazing !! I placed my order at 930 in morning and it reached the destination at 130 in afternoon the same day. Fantastic !! We don't really get such a nice service from anyone.

If we talk about quality, I ordered for a mix of flowers out of which quality for 80% flowers was good but the rest 20% was not ok which is the reason why I have rated 4 stars to this website.If the quality would have been good, I would have given 5 stars.

Would suggest to put in more efforts on the quality side which is much required.
