Hello everyone,
I send a lot of gifts to India all the time and look for different variety to send everytime to my family. I have come across good websites and bad websites but not great websites. Finally I came across a great website and I mean it since the customer service was amazing. After staying in US for long time you become so used to a certain kind of customer service which is difficult to find in India. But Gifts2DOOR provided me with that kind of service and I am very happy. I am writing this review to thank them for finally proving that even businesses in India can have great customer service.
While searching on Google for Karachi biscuits which I wanted to send to my Mom since long time, I came across this website called Gifts2DOOR and ordered Karachi fruit biscuits to be delivered the next day in India. The prices are very reasonable and the customer service is exceptional I have ever come across when ordering gifts for India. I got response to my queries immediately through email and also a tracking number was sent to me after my product was shipped. The product was delivered the next business day and the packaging was perfect. The product was as described and the biscuits were 1 kg. Finally I was happy to send my Mom the biscuits she loves a lot !!!
Dear owner of Gifts2Door.com, My sister Prachi Sharma ordered a rakhi from Hyderabad for me to be delivered on Belgium, but it was never delivered nor she received any communication from you regarding why it was not delivered. She is trying to contact you both by email and phone number given by you on different places on internet, but there is no answer since then. If you are not FRAUD, reply her back and return her money immediately.
