I sent a flower bouquet and dry fruits combo on 07Jun2019 through giftstoindia.com and what they delivered is only worth half the price I paid. A small flower bunch instead of a basket of flowers and around 600 gms of dry fruits instead of 1 Kg. Even after making the complaint with actual photos, they do not seem to acknowledge the issue.

Never buy from giftstoindia.com. There are a number of other websites. Please try one of those.

I used Gifts-to-India.com to order Rakhi for my brother in India. I had used the service last year and they delivered the Rakhi on time. This time, I ordered a gift (a free rakhi was advertised with the gift) and a rakhi (with roli teeka). They delivered the gift (sans the rakhi) 2 days before the scheduled delivery date but there was no trace of the rakhi. I sent them an email with the details of my order and my complaint. I was amazed when I saw their reply which said, "This is to inform you that without order number it is difficult to trace any particular order. Kindly provide us the order number to track the order." I had clearly mentioned the order number as a subject of the email I sent them. They also gave me an alternate way of getting my complaint sorted: call them at the customer numbers they gave. I replied again quoting the order number as well as tried calling them several times. I received no reply to my email and the numbers were always busy. I sent them another reminder but my complaint is still not answered.

Having given up on them on Friday (Rakshabandhan was on Sunday), I ordered Rakhi from another website. However, they could deliver the Rakhi only on Monday and hence, because of the unprofessional service of Gifts-to-India, my brother did not get a Rakhi from me this Rakshabandhan.

These people do not really know what online shopping is all about. They are unreliable and probably interested only in making money. It is for businesses like this that ecommerce is not able to gain customer confidence in India. I shall never use them again.

The tone I have used here is very mild compared to the bitterness I feel towards this business.

I had placed two orders on GiftstoIndia24X7 for Rakhi. Bothe the gifts alongwith rakhi did not reach in time for the occassion. It reached after one week. Moreover the sweets sent along witht he rakhi was spoilt and was smeeling very bad when it reached my brothers.

In all a very terrible experience.

ON making several complaints and making more than 10 calls from the UK, they never responded.

Recommend not to use them.

Thanks a tonne to the Gifts to india 24x7 team for making our Valentine and Her Birthday so special. Without you guys it would have been very difficult. The products delivered were very nice AND ON TIME. You made my day guys. The response of the team was fantafabulous.

The worst and fraud site, they are cheating people with fraud numbers and fraud Address. There is no option to give 0 rating .. thats why mentioned rating 1. fraud site and dont belive in this site..

I am soo disappointed since they cant deliver the gift to my wife on her b'day. this is very idiotic... playing with peoples sentiments.. ba-st-ar-ds..

Its a fraud company , I am not feeling that i lost my money.. i am feeling bad that they are playing with peoples sensitive feelings.. bloody ba-st-ar-ds.

Horrible experience.Its just cheating company and u never get any response from customer service at all. they said delivery wud take 2-3 working days and its been 8 days and no sign of gift yet.
