Very expensive for what it is. Most of the products are cheap and poor quality however very expensive to buy.

I had a personalised gift made which I was extremely disappointed with and when I emailed customer service I received a poorly structured incorrectly spelled response.

They are not at all very helpful and I would definitely recommend that you use Getting Personal instead as the quality here is brilliant- along with the customer service.

I placed an order on the basis that it would arrive in a few days as it was a birthday gift as I had a limited budget. I emailed the customer services as they would not pick up the phone when I tried to call to seek advice regarding delivery.

Was told that if ordered by the end of that day the present would arrive on Thursday having ordered it as advised on Tuesday - nothing arrived, when I called the customers services, I was told that I should have chosen the next day delivery, and there was nothing they could do, as it had already been despatched.

I needed a gift last minute and wanted something really special. I ordered a bottle of pewter labelled champagne on the Thursday and got it on the Friday! Perfect timing. It was easy to use the personalisation tool and I really like that I could see what my gift was going to look like before I bought it. The customer service was great and Sabina was incredibly helpful! Thanks so much. I am really pleased with how the gift looked when I got it and my boyfriend was really chuffed too! It is so different and now that we've drunk all the champagne, he can keep the bottle and remember that it was from me!

I ordered personalised champagne for a retirement gift.

Fantastic service, with text and email letting me know progress and estimated delivery times. To design the champagne was simple, and the design once delivered was fab.

The website had fantastic delivery speeds, the gift was well packaged and came in tact with out any faults.

The product itself is great quality, very colourful and bright and Noah simply loved it. He really wanted to play with it and cried when we wouldn't let him have the train.

The only thing I wouldn't have been 100% happy about if it was a gift being sent direct to the receiver, is the fact that it came in parts and you had to put it together. But, make sure you order it to yourself first and it is isn't a problem!

absolutely brilliant service, due to the gift being a present for my partner on our wedding i have not seen it but it was sent to my best ma and he has ensured me that it look good and he would use this service for himself. i really like the way you type in the message and it shows you what it will love like. the site was very easy to use and easy to navigate around. i would defiantly order for this site again and would recommend it.

I've used purchased personalised wine on several occasions when only a personalised gift would do. I've always found the website very easy to navigate and the order process simple and re-assuring.

Good selection of Champagne Flutes, and the actual flute was better than expected, very pretty! The ordering process was straight forward, easy to use, and love it that I can choose font, font size and colour on top of wordings. Beautifully gift boxed, it made a personal gorgeous gift.
