I have order a fruit basket with was 3.25kg and when my delivery comes it was 2kg. And when I call them. They was ignoring me. So please don’t order here. They are not good company.

I ordered a gift basket and selected a specific delivery date. The courier company informed me the gift was going to be a day late - not the sellers but the delivery company, I complained, I was ignored, I complained again and received an inadequate apology written in very poor English. I requested my delivery charge to be refunded as per the terms and conditions, I was ignored. I submitted the request again stating that I would hand to my credit card company to chase if nothing happened the refund duly arrived. An absolute disaster in customer care. Never buy anything from this company would be my advice.

The item, a birthday cake was inadequately packaged and arrived damaged. Though still edible it was dented and visibly the worse for wear. The box had "fragile" and" this way up" labels.

On contacting the company they blamed the carrier. I believe the measure of a business is how they behave when something goes wrong. I ordered a pristine cake I got a damaged one. Their response was unacceptable. Had they offered a refund I would have been a repeat customer.
