How disappointing to loose my money this way.
No response from emails and the number supplied on website goes directly to O2 voice.
I have reported this site and hope it gets shut down asap with everyone's money back! *fingers crossed*
Avoid Designer Led Gifts - Scam Site!!!!!!!
Ordered a item as a Xmas present from this site
Did my usual google research to see if there was any adverse feedback etc as there was nothing I continued with the purchase.
Received a confirmation mail but not sure why something didn't feel right and so when I hadn't had any despatch mail after a couple of days decided to try and contact them just to be on the safe side, still expecting that it would all be ok.
However the phone number on the site rings to a O2 answerphone which immediately made me slightly concerned but I left a message and also used the online form to send a mail as well, to which there was no response to either. As the product had not arrived I then tried to send to the email address which is listed on there this was returned as undeliverable, so I continued to attempt to contact by leaving messages and mailing.....NOTHING!
No product + No response leads me to believe this = SCAM site!
I am so suprised that there was nothing on the web to indicate this had happened previously, which is why I want to ensure that it doesn't happen to anyone else!
Yep I'm in exactly the same situation - purchased the item two weeks ago from Designer Led Gifts, and absolutely no response to phone calls (just the BT answer service) nor to the email addresess. There is only a PO Box address for this sham site and no company information.
Fortunately I paid by credit card and my bank have agreed to refund the money and go after them
I have had the same problem! Ordered something for Christmas, my card was charged, and then no sign of the gift. Check your credit card statement, though, because we curiously had some fraudulent charges after this purchase!
