Clearwater Hampers - hamper.com

Hamper ordered from Clearwater Hampers, got order confirmation, despatch confirmation & delivery confirmation, saying the hamper had been delivered to a "safe place" - it would appear that it was so safe that no one has ever seen it! No card was left saying where it had been left, and we can only conclude that either it was never despatched, or it was never delivered. Either way, on contacting customer services I was told " we have confirmation it was delivered to a safe place" and that they couldn't check any further as it was "outside their 3 month warranty"

So, no hamper, I'm out of pocket, and the gift I sent (or assumed I had sent) was not received. Very disappointing experience, and disgusting customer service - when I said that I, my family and our social media contacts would never use them in the future, there was just a feeble "OK"! They did no care at all. Not even a token offer of a voucher against future orders to retain custom.... They clearly consider that they have enough customers. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy, and want to warn as many people as possible so they can avoid the same disappointment
