It was then despatched and delivered within three working days as promised and throughout I was kept informed of progress by email and text. Great customer service and I am very pleased with my purchase, which cost less than it did on other sites I had viewed. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered an engraved playing card case and an engraved champagne bucket as gifts for Christmas. My friends were so pleased with such a unique present. I also ordered a Zippo for my boyfriend and had a message and picture of our friends engraved on it. He was so pleased with it, even his friends were amazed by the quality of the finish. For such unique gifts I felt the prices were pretty good. My order was received within the same week (even more impressive was that it was a week before Christmas!) Overall I was extremely pleased with my purchases and will be using them again.

Good website that was easy to use. I was impressed by the communication I received regarding my item and very impressed that it arrived so promptly. The engraved whisky glass is good quality and came in a lovely presentation box. Free gift card was a nice touch. Will certainly use CGEG again.
