I ordered a personalised gift for a graduation over weeks prior to the special day. Two days before the graduation I have not received the gift nor any communication from the company so I started to chase.

I was informed that it was out of stock and suggested that I choose something else. I looked on the website and didn't particularly want anything else so chose to have the order delivered after the graduation day.

On the day that it was promised to be arriving I receive an email, not even a phonecall to say sorry it's not coming back in stock and that a refund has been processed! After that I emailed (no phone number on website)3 further times requesting a call back - no-one ever did!

Finally I found a number to contact them and spoke to the possibly the most unhelpful, rude, inadequate 'customer service' agent I have ever had the disfortune to speak to (Rory)

I was informed 'we've processed your refund, what more do you want?!'

(by this point it is a week after the graduation and more than 3 weeks since I ordered and paid for the gift!)

When I asked could I speak to someone else i.e. a manager he said that no-one else was there and he doesn't know when the manager will be back....

After explaining what an inconvenience this is and why someone couldn't have informed me any earlier the reply was 'yeah sorry we're busy, we've dealt with your order so it's not at the top of the list, orders we are processing are!'

When I explained that I feel I should be compensated for the whole ordeal I was told sarcastically offered £2!!

Please do not consider dealing with this company anyone out there!!!!

P.S. Still haven't received the refund as it stands today!!
