They never sent a gift that was ordered. Tried to claim it was a wrong address (despite the address being verified by the Post Office and the gift recipient).

It appears I'm not the only one with issues these days. We have been loyal customers for many years but not anymore.

Arrogance and greed have replaced the care and service when it was a start up.

I ordered a First Communion engraved glass momento for my granddaughter. I left it a little late but the person I dealt with was so helpful and made sure that it was posted the next working day in time for Saturday.

When it came it was beautiful (even better than I expected) and in a lovely satin lined gift box. It was a smashing gift for a wonderful day and my granddaughter loved it and it will always be a reminder of a very special occasion.

The person I dealt with was the most helpful person I have come across in a long time and really went the extra mile so that I had it on time.

I would recommend this company to anyone and would say a definite 11/10.

I am completely over the moon with this rattle and squeak toy set that I puchased for my new baby niece Rose. My brother and his wife are delighted with it as it it colourful and interactive and just perfect for any new born baby or baby even past the age of 12 months old. It is practical and fun and my baby niece loves it so I have no doubt that all babies will! Give it a try, it is a wonderful product and excellent quality and value for money too!

I ordered and received a personalised rag doll for my granddaughter's christening gift and have to say that I am absolutely delighted with it! I loved the idea that you can not only have a personalised message beautifully embroidered on the underskirt of the doll, but also choose the colour of the doll's hair and eyes to match those of the baby for whom the gift is intended which makes it even more custom made! The quality of the doll is excellent and she has an almost "human face" which immediately endears you to her!! Cleverly, the embroidery is the same colour as the doll's hair which just finishes the whole thing off beautifully.

As it is 6 weeks until the christening day I won't be gift wrapping the doll until the last moment as I can't resist taking a peek at her each day!

Just hoping that no-one else from our christening party duplicates this gift but couldn't blame them if they did!!

I recently went on to this website looking for a blanket for my new born baby and as soon as i got onto the website i thought that it was a nice bright and colourful website, i was very happy when i found the exact blanket i wanted and so i Purchased a Peter rabbit blanket for my baby. Brilliant little gift. I was recommended to the website by a friend and i will definitely be using it again in the future and will be recommending this site to everyone that is having or has a baby. Visit this site for anything gift related for babies and you will not be disappointed, I have got my eye on a few other things that I would like to purchase from the website, one if the items is a little pot for my baby's first tooth :) and another item is a little woolen rattle for my baby to rattle. Purchased the pink spot personalised Photo album for my nieces christening last year an have just purchased the same product in blue for my nephews christening next month.
