Damaged Delivery And Non-existent Customer Service
Poor. Very Poor. You would have thought that a high-end florist that offers nation wide delivery would know how to securely pack a box of flowers to protect against couriers.
The recipient of the flowers I sent told me "Your flowers arrived - sadly not safely. It looks as though the box had been turned upside down - if not thrown and all the water soaked the box. The flowers had obviously been taken out and put back in upside down. They are definitely not as they should be which is a shame as I'm sure you paid a lot of money for them."
Sent an email, not a hint of a reply, not even a brief acknowledgement ! So maybe a review on Trustpilot might kick their non-existent customer service into action. Either that or I'll file a section 75 chargeback request with my credit card provider !
What a waste of my money ! Not happy, at all !
