I thought their website was nicely done and gave an impression of a family owned company but your real experience will be ANYTHING but that! Their online service center dumps you to a hold queue where yu wait about 8 minutes before you get dumped to a voice mail box. This happened to me at least 6 times over 2 days during normal business hours. There isn't an online chat nor an email where you can contact them. After spending almost 2 hours on this I finally got someone ho helped me with my issue and confirmed the order only to discover my order never was delivered! So I waited another day and still no delivery. It was confirmed as being delivered the day it was ordered and they had my cell phone number for problems with delivery. Now 3 days later and no delivery so I begam calling customer service and being on hold 9 minutes twice and then was dumped into a voicemail to leave a message. I did but no one called me back

I found the staff knowledgeable, nice and helpful.

I just received an arrangement from my husband, who's in Iraq, for my birthday! It took me a while to take it out of the package, but they are truly amazing.
