If You Figure How Much Urban Florist Are Making Pe

If you figure how much Urban Florist are making per day, and not sending out what is ordered, heck, we are all in the wrong business. We could become rich by doing this kind of business, and no one seems to care that they are doing this kind of business. I for one have written to every one I could think of, and I get no answer to this problem. Do what I do! Send them an email every day, just to let them know you have not forgotten what they have done.

I Placed Two Orders With Urban Florist. One Of The

I placed two orders with Urban Florist. One of them they shipped via DHL, and the flowers arrived half dead. I was so embarrassed. I had my sister take pictures of the flowers she had received, and wrote to the company with the picture and their picture telling, them I was going to dispute the credit card charge. The second order I placed arrived the next day, so I'm assuming it came from a local florist.

There are hundreds of people in the same boat as you, so don't feel bad. Urban Florist will RIP-OFF everyone they can, I was RIPPED-OFF last Dec., and am still waiting for a refund. I have checked out some of the WEB SITES and to my surprise, they are still doing business.

Write to the BBB, in Canada, and any one else you can find. Even try the Internet Fraud, maybe we can get something done.

I Ordered Flowers 7 Days In Advance Of When I Want

I ordered flowers 7 days in advance of when I wanted them delivered and Urban Florist delivered them the day after I ordered them. They were for a special occasion and will be dead by then. Can't phone toll free as I live in the UK and they just ignore my emails. Don't do business with this company - they just want your money.

You will find a lot of people in the same boat.

I was there myself, have been waiting for the last seven months for a refund. I won't give up, I keep making complaints to the BBB, in Canada and any where else I can. Maybe if we all complain to the same people they will finally do something about this company.

Worse Online Florist Ever! The Urban Florist Cust

WORSE online florist EVER! The Urban Florist customer service line never picks up. You try to order and you can never get to the person. I ordered my flowers for a specific date and its been three weeks later and still NO WORD. I call them and they said they cannot guarantee the specific date and I asked if they can guarantee it within two weeks of that date and still NO. HORRIBLE PLACE! They dont know how to do business.

If you are considering ordering flowers, save yourself a lot of grief. This company is at the bottom of customer service. How they stay in business baffles me. We ordered flowers to arrive on our mother's birthday...and paid extra to make sure they arrived on time. They arrived two days late and were almost dead by the time they were opened.

We tried to call their customer service department and were told "all customer service representatives are busy...please leave a message". The next message stated that their mail box was full...try again.

Our recommendation is..if it is important enough to have flowers arrive on time and in reasonable condition try another on-line florist. This company can't be trusted!!

You will never get your flowers or you money back if you've already paid, they are being investigated. They have over 300 complaints with the BBB, and many more. You need to go to the web site, Rip-Off Reports, and or: Camworld.com. You might even report them to the Vancouver [email protected]

I did and to anyone else I could, because they did the same to me. I do bug the heck out of them daily, just to let them know I am not going to ever give up until they send me my money. It is now the Principal of the thing not the $58.00 they took from me.

Make sure you complain to every site you can. If we all do this, they will shut them down, sooner or later.
