Shocking Customer Service

I am a regular customer spending over 800 AED a month with them. The day after Mothers Day they delivered brown flowers to a my wife. Rather than remedying this they requested photos be sent of said flowers to their customer service. Totally removing any romance / pleasure / surprise out of receiving the flowers. Not only did the recipient have to tell me that they'd be sent brown flowers they then had to communicate with flowershop.ae's customer service. Having finally spoken to their quality control manager they admitted the flowers were completely unacceptable and they should never have been sent out (this was after 3 emails from me chasing). Said lady offered a free bunch of flowers and a refund for the poor quality flowers. After 2 days the replacement bunch of flowers had not arrived so i called the QC back. Apparently this lady was not approved to give a bunch of flowers as compensation so the offer was rescinded. In effect the only compensation offered was a refund for the atrocious flowers first sent out. If this is how they treat regular customers i wonder how they will treat normal customers. Will not order from them again.
