Worst Service Ever
I ordered a cake from your site to be delivered in Bongaigaon.Before ordering it I asked the customer care support about the delivery time and details.I was assured that it will be delivered to my provided address, But today the order was not delivered to my address. Even after charging Rs. 150 separately for delivery this problem occurred.

I have ordered with Thesurpriser.com for the occasion of Mothers day to send flowers and chocolates to Ranchi. The delivered the gifts on the same day. Tough my house about 5 kms from the main town they have send a person to do the delivery which is commendable. I have not come across any other company which delivers to my address. Thank you for making my day and mother happy.

Regarding order 5134. Had a great experience. It was a last minute order and no other website was ready to accept it. But these guys took the extra effort to organize it and had my gift delivered in 2 hrs. Was really pleased when my family told me that the cake n flowers were fresh. Follow up mails and order tracking in also good. Kudos to the team and will spread the word for sure! They are just superb!!!

They Are Cheater
It's regarding order #3147, i ordered one flower and one cake. Surpriser surprised me by just sending one cake and no flowers. the cost of the flower was 500 rs and for cake also was 500. Upon contacting and following them up, they said that as the flowers were not available so they delivered a bigger cake and they wont make any refund. What a service? Do you think it's ethical to make the changes in order without contacting the customer and without having consent from him. I must say, Very pathetic service....i can share whole communication if someone
I have experienced something totally different with them. I am from Canada and ordered something for my parents. They delivered the order on the same day and the products were good and fresh. My parents were thrilled to receive this surprise. Such good service and fast delivery is a boon to people like us who live far away from our families and want to reach them on important occasions. will surely order again very soon...cheers!!

order delivered 11 days after schedule/requested date. Order was incomplete and not the items as described on their website. Worst service ever. would never order with them again.

My experience with this website has been very good. They are very prompt with their deliveries and customer support is also very responsive. I have ordered with them 3 times and they have never failed to deliver on time. I shop online a lot and have found their prices to be competitive as well.
