This business gives good "old-fashioned" service. After two hours struggling with another online florist who did not have a phone line to sort out problems and who did not answer their emails, I discovered SIMPLYTHANKYOU in Leeds. I was reluctant to order online again and used their 0800 number. I got straight through to a man who could not do enough to help me. First he advised me to order online to get free delivery but when I told him about my experiences he was shocked and said "Go ahead" with your phone order and he waived the delivery charges! He checked the address and said he would call me back to confirm that everything had gone through - He did this five minutes later. Their prices too are very good. I can' comment on their online service, except that the site looks very good - but if it matches their phone service, they have a real winner! Well done!
